1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Myro Health (OPC) Private Limited ("Myro," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Myro Health mobile application, website (myrohealth.com), or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use our Services.
These Terms are governed by Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2. Eligibility
To use Myro Health, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a resident of India.
- Be capable of entering a legally binding agreement.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Description of Services
3.1 What We Provide
- Health Testing: Comprehensive blood tests through NABL-certified partner labs, with at-home or walk-in options.
- AI Health Insights: Personalized risk scores, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations based on your biomarker data.
- Doctor Consultations: Access to licensed doctors for review of your health data and clinical guidance.
- Nutritionist Guidance: Personalized dietary recommendations based on your health profile and lab results.
- Health Companion: Ongoing tracking, daily tasks, reminders, nudges, and progress monitoring.
3.2 Important Disclaimers
MYRO HEALTH IS A WELLNESS PLATFORM, NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
- Health insights and risk scores are AI-generated and intended for informational and wellness purposes only.
- Doctor consultations through Myro are supplementary. For emergencies, call 112 or visit the nearest hospital.
- Lab results are provided by partner laboratories. Myro facilitates testing but does not conduct tests.
- AI recommendations do not replace your personal physician's clinical judgment.
- Always consult your primary healthcare provider before changing medications or treatment plans based on Myro's information.
4. Your Account
4.1 Registration
Create an account by providing your phone number and verifying via OTP. You agree to keep your information accurate and up to date.
4.2 Security
You're responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@myrohealth.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.3 One Account Per Person
Your account is personal and non-transferable. No multiple accounts, no sharing.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Plans
Myro operates on a subscription model. Current plans and pricing are displayed in the app and website. We may modify plans with reasonable prior notice.
5.2 Payment
Payments are processed via Razorpay. All prices are in INR, inclusive of applicable GST.
5.3 Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a lab test has been booked or conducted. If you cancel before any test is booked, you're eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, processed in 7-10 business days. Lab errors entitle you to a free retest, not a refund.
5.4 Renewal
Annual subscriptions do not auto-renew. We'll notify you 30 days before expiry with the option to renew.
6. Your Obligations
As a user of Myro Health, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and authentic health information.
- Not impersonate anyone.
- Not suppress material health information that could affect your insights or doctor recommendations.
- Not file false or frivolous complaints.
- Use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
- Not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Services.
- Not share, resell, or redistribute your account or reports.
- Comply with all applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks on Myro Health are owned by or licensed to us under Indian IP laws.
Your health data belongs to you. The analysis, insights, risk scores, and recommendations generated by our AI and medical team are our intellectual property. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your health management.
Anonymized, aggregated data derived from user health data is our property and may be used for research, product improvement, and commercial purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. AI-Powered Features
Myro's core experience is powered by artificial intelligence. By using our Services, you acknowledge that:
- AI analyzes your biomarker data to generate risk scores, recommendations, and action plans.
- AI determines when to trigger doctor reviews based on clinical significance thresholds.
- AI personalizes your daily health tasks, nudges, and reminders based on your data and behavior.
- All AI outputs with clinical implications are reviewed by licensed medical professionals.
- AI-generated insights are informational only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- AI models may evolve over time, and outputs may change as our algorithms improve.
- We do not use your identifiable health data to train third-party AI models.
9. Lab Testing
Lab tests are conducted by partner laboratories. By booking a test, you agree that:
- Myro is a facilitator, not a diagnostic lab.
- Home or walk-in collection is subject to availability in your area.
- Results are typically available in 24-72 hours but may vary.
- You'll follow pre-test instructions (e.g., fasting). Failure to do so may affect accuracy.
- Samples may occasionally need recollection due to quality issues, at no extra cost.
10. Doctor and Nutritionist Consultations
Doctors and nutritionists on Myro are independent licensed professionals. You acknowledge:
- Their guidance is based on available platform data and is advisory in nature.
- Consultations do not substitute in-person examinations where warranted.
- Myro does not practice medicine — we connect you with qualified professionals.
- For emergencies, call 112 or visit the nearest hospital.
- Nutritionist recommendations are general guidance, not treatment for medical conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We don't guarantee AI insights will be error-free or suitable for any particular medical purpose.
- We're not liable for diagnostic errors by partner labs or clinical advice from platform doctors.
- Our total liability shall not exceed your subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myro Health, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Provision of inaccurate or false health information.
- Misuse of the Services.
- Violation of any law or third-party rights.
13. Termination
13.1 By You
Delete your account anytime via the app or by emailing support@myrohealth.com. Data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, false information, legal requirements, or fraudulent activity. We'll give reasonable notice unless immediate action is needed.
13.3 After Termination
Your access ceases immediately. Sections on IP, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Grievance First
Raise any dispute with our Grievance Officer at privacy@myrohealth.com. We'll work to resolve it within 30 days.
14.2 Mediation
If unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation before legal proceedings.
14.3 Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and Myro Health.
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest stays in effect.
- Waiver: Not enforcing a provision doesn't waive it.
- Assignment: We may assign rights in a merger/acquisition with notice. You may not assign yours.
- Force Majeure: We're not liable for failures due to causes beyond reasonable control.
- Notices: We may send notices via app, email, or SMS. You can reach us at the details below.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we'll notify you at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
